DevRelとは何、という方向けの基礎的なレクチャーに加えて、実際にDevRelを行っていく上でのマーケティング面からのアプローチを紹介します。また、DevRelの各種施策を学び、自社のKGIに合わせた選択法、KPIの取り方を紹介します。
座学による学びの後、参加者をグループ分けして仮想サービスにおけるベストな施策選定をディスカッションしてもらいます。
ハッカソンには色々な属性のDeveloperが集結します。それは、様々なIT系イベントの中でも、特に多くのDeveloperへReachすることが出来る機会のあるイベントの一つです。
本ワークショップでは、メーカーやベンダーがハッカソンに協賛しテックサポートをすることにより生み出されるDevRelへの効果を学び、実際にハッカソンへ関わりを持っていくためにはどのようにすれば良いか、を一緒に学んで行きましょう。
DevRelを実現するためには、「コミュニティの構築」に取り組む施策を展開し、協働活動を生み出していくことが重要になります。本ワークショップでは、コミュニティ作りに必要となる基本的な知見を提供し、効果的に取り組むためのスキル向上を支援します。
